Master of Arts (M.A.)


Bachelor degree in Arabic Studies or a comparable degree from a German or foreign university. Knowledge of Arabic C1 to the level of lesson 24 of the "Modernes Hocharabisch" (Schulz et al.), for applicants who are not native German speakers, proficiency in German to level C1 of the Common European Framework of References for Languages, speech therapy certificate: aptitude test


Based on a good knowledge of Arabic and German, students will acquire in the master programme specialist professional knowledge and core competences for highly qualified professional work, including skills in application-oriented work, use of accurate work techniques, working with specific professional hardware and software, working with literature, plus communication and co-operation skills.
