Statutory orders

The University offers a wide range of undergraduate courses catering for many different subject-specific interests. Depending on their chosen subject or subject combination, students may complete their course with a Diploma, M.A., B.A., M.Sc., B.Sc., State Examination, or Ecclesiastical Examination. Students may read for a Teaching Diploma qualifying them to teach in grammar or high schools, secondary schools up to age 16, primary schools or special needs schools. The University also awards doctoral degrees as well as habilitation, the German qualification for potential applicants for professorships.
