Abstract of PhD project

This dissertation focuses on the analysis of the factors, that have a direct influence on the fidelity of clients in Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS). This analysis will be done taking into account two main concepts concerning the study of the relationship between customer and supplier: the Transaction Costs and the Relational Marketing Approaches.
