Registration
The registration process consists of two parts. Please make sure you have fully completed both as only then will you be properly registered and your participation will be displayed in the programme. This also applies for representatives of publishing companies and book stores.
Part 1
We request that you firstly fill in your personal information and indicate if you take an active part in the congress by chairing, commentating, giving a paper or participating in the book exhibitions.
In the case of multi contributions each must be stated separately and in clear reference to the respective panel. Therefore, please be sure to have the title of the panel you are involved in as well as the title of your paper to hand at the time of registering.
After registration you will receive confirmation via e-mail with a login for your personal page. Here you can upload your paper and verify your details.
Part 2
Having finished this step you will then be directed to the payment site for the conference fee.
Please note: If this is your first visit to the LSE Eshop, you will be asked to create an account. Your details will be stored securely and, as you are progressing through the pages, you can click on the “use my customer details” button to easily fill in the forms using the information you have already supplied.
While you are in the LSE Eshop, you can also select, and pay for, your chosen accommodation (unless you are electing to stay at a hotel, in which case you will be sent an email outling the reference codes to use when booking) and the conference dinner.
Moving through the shop is a simple process of hitting the “Continue” button at the bottom of each page.
LSE Eshop accepts most credit and debit cards from around the world but we are aware that certain cards cannot be used. If you experience any difficulty at the “Payment” stage, please contact Tracy Keefe (t.j.keefe(at)lse.ac.uk) for assistance. Please supply as much information as possible.
Conference fees are applicable for all participants: speakers, visitors and representatives of publishing houses and book stores. If you belong to the latter group you can choose between different forms of participation, for which you will be charged immediately.
Only once your payment has been confirmed and has been received will your registration be valid.
