FTF Workshop "Netzwerken IV" 2011
The FTF (Forum Tsiganologische Forschung) is pleased to invite you to the 4th NETZWERKEN workshop in Leipzig (Germany). The NETZWERKEN workshop is held every year and aims primarily at encouraging the networking, exchange and discussion of different approaches and experiences within the research and work with Romani/Gypsy cultures.

This year, the NETZWERKEN workshop offers "open space" to introduce, present and discuss individual topics. Participants can either subscribe contributions beforehand or spontaneously initiate them during the workshop. These contributions can contain short keynote speeches, mini seminars, film discussions, multimedia presentations, discussions of research projects etc. We will be happy to assist you with the preparation and execution of your plans and ideas.
In addition, the workshop wishes to foster the reflection on Roma/Gypsy Studies more intensively. The following presentations are determined so far:
- Ethics in research
- Surveys of regional Tsiganologien
language: NETZWERKEN will be predominantly held in English
participation fee: 15 €
travel expenses: unfortunately, your travel expenses cannot be covered by the FTF
accommodation: we can offer a certain amount of free accommodation at FTF members’ homes
