Research Interests

Historical Linguistics: changes in morphological systems, especially in verb agreement; Morphology: formal theories, agreement systems, affix order, hierarchy effects

At the moment I am working on describing and explaining the changes in the agreement systems of some Kiranti languages (e.g. Bahing, Thulung) which will hopefully result in a phd-thesis.
