Job description You will join Bayer via our 18 months trainee program in preparation for your later employment as a Controller (m/f) in one of our Subgroups, Service Companies or in the Holding. The program comprises rotational assignments in corporate and division controlling,
finance, accounting, auditing and in foreign affiliated companies. A temporary employment abroad of up to three months duration is inherent part of the program. By establishing your network in the global Bayer organization and by gaining invaluable practical experiences in an
international environment, you will prepare for supporting business decisions based on thorough operational and strategic analyses.

Your qualifications You have graduated in business economics, economics or industrial engineering, with focus on Controlling, Finance, Accounting and/or Auditing. Your superior academic achievement underlines your strong analytical and conceptual skills. You gained experience through business specific, preferably international internships or studies abroad.
Fluent in English and German, you are characterized by a communicative and entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and mobility for international postings within the Bayer Group.
