On Thursday 11-27-2008 the this year's winner of the annual Walden-Award Prof. Dr. Ohno will be at the Department of Chemistry and Mineralogy of the University of Leipzig.
In the following the program for this day is listed.
Meeting point in the morning will be the entrance hall of the Institute of chemistry till 8:55 am. Thereafter we will walk together to the laboratories of Prof. Kremer in the physical Institute (Linnéstr. 5, room 429) to have a look on the experiments on ionic liquids in his workgroup.

Please take off the Tram at the stop called Johannisalle (Ticket pricing = Kurzstrecke). To the left, on the opposing street side you will see the Institute of chemistry.
Please leave the Tram at the stop called "Bayrischer Platz" (Ticket pricing = Kurzstrecke). On the opposing side of the crossing you will see the "Hotel am bayrischen Platz".
To get to the Institute of chemistry you have two options. First option is you take the Tram 16 to Lößnig or the
» To the "Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe" (public traffic organisation).
