This six-month program is designed to specifically prepare participants for their (first) application for a professorship in Germany. Through short impulses, in-depth workshops, and coaching elements addressing procedures, application documents, and personal development, participants gain the know-how to craft strong applications and actively pursue their path to a professorship.
The program builds on itself thematically. However, participants may register for individual sessions according to their needs.
