Department 5, Section 52 is adopting the following provisions with immediate effect:
- The Payment Office is now open to the public again.
- The opening hours are as follows: Tuesday to Thursday from 9.30am until 12pm.
- Cash transactions are still being kept to a minimum.
- Cash can still only be paid in via Sparkasse Leipzig to the Payment Office account 1100155089.
- To deposit cash, please continue to use the special deposit bags available from Sparkasse Leipzig branches.
- Cash can be paid out to guests. However, these are only possible by cheque, which can be cashed in at any branch of Sparkasse Leipzig.
- If you wish to pick up a cheque, it is essential that you register at least six working days in advance. Please make sure that the documents are complete. Please note that the Payment Office is unable to issue payment orders at short notice.

This arrangement is subject to the standard safety and hygiene regulations applicable both at and outside Leipzig University.
