Abstract
Since 2019 senior lecturer at Leipzig university, department of Slavic languages, field of western slavic linguistics.
Lectures on topics of western slavic linguistics and translation studies. Study advicer for study programmes in western slavistics, especially for the international double degree programme "Czech-German intercultural communication and translation" in cooperation with Charles University.
Previously, head of the information center of the German academic exchange service (DAAD) in Prague and lecturer for translation into German at the department of translation studies at Charles University, research assistent at the Vienna School for Economics and Business Administration and at the universities of Regensburg and Passau.
Research interests: multilingualism, mutual comprehension in slavic languages, acquisition of third and additional languages, language contact, translation studies, languages for special purpuses, business communication.
