Abstract
Having studied English, Philosophy and Comparative Literature at Leipzig University and University College Cork (Ireland), I joined the English Department at Leipzig University in 2009. As a lecturer in literary studies as well as cultural studies, my teaching predominantly consists of introductory courses in both disciplines, but I have also taught seminars and lectures on medieval and early modern topics, material cultures and academic writing.
