Twice a week, the Team Akademische Berufe of the Federal Employment Agency pays us a visit to provide further guidance services. It offers advice on the topics of

FURTHER ADVISORY SERVICES

SMILE is a collaboration between Leipzig University, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK). The joint project supports students, employees and graduates interested in entrepreneurship. SMILE offers a range of events on the subject of self-employment and starting a business.

In addition to various advisory services (including social counselling, student finance/BAföG, legal advice, help with problems and conflict situations), each semester Leipzig Student Services also offers a series of courses, for example on the topics of stress management, exam anxiety and rhetoric. LEIPZIG STUDENT SERVICES

The Research Academy Leipzig is the umbrella organisation for structured doctoral programmes at Leipzig University: The aim is to create the best possible conditions for promoting the next generation of researchers. Its services include an interdisciplinary qualification programme. This contains curricular elements for Key Qualifications, which the Research Academy Leipzig offers across disciplines and Graduate Centres as part of the candidate’s doctorate. The courses are aimed at all doctoral candidates.

RESEARCH ACADEMY Leipzig

The Kooperationsstelle Wissenschaft und Arbeitswelt Leipzig (KOWA) is a joint initiative of the DGB Saxony and Leipzig University. Until the end of 2020, its Plan B(eruf) project will advise potential drop-outs and, in some cases, place them in vocational training.
