Login to IDM and Picture Upload
First of all, you have to log in to IDM. There, you need to confirm the user regulations of the University Computer Centre and the University Library. Afterwards, you may upload a picture for your student ID card, which has to meet the following requirements:
- recent face portrait of passport photo quality
- resolution of at least 150x200 pixels, but at maximum 450 x 500 pixels
After uploading, your photo will be surrounded by a red frame. As soon as we have accepted it, the frame will turn green. In case your photo is refused, we will contact you via e-mail. Should you have any problems activating your user account, please contact the ServiceDesk at the University Computer Centre.
When will my UniCard be printed?
Your UniCard will be printed after
- you have visited the International Centre for your personal enrolment
- all of your application documents are handed in and
- the semester fee is transferred successfully to Leipzig University.
The moment your UniCard is printed, you will receive a notification send to your university email account, including a pick up coupon. The coupon needs to be printed out and signed by you. When collecting your UniCard, please bring your coupon and an ID card both together.
