Appointments can now be made to have documents certified (provided the documents were issued by Leipzig University) and to have certificates completed (such as entitlement cards for rail transport, certificates for pension insurance).

  • Please use our appointment booking tool for these matters only.
  • For certifications, please bring the original document and the copies needing certification.
  • Appointments are possible on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am until 12pm.

When attending an appointment, it is imperative that you wear a face covering and observe the usual contact and hygiene rules.
