Due to the current situation, the Student Service Centre (SSZ) is closed. You can still contact us by email, post or by calling us.

Appointments can now be made to have documents certified (provided the documents were issued by Leipzig University) and to have certificates completed (such as entitlement cards for rail transport, certificates for pension insurance).
- Please use our appointment booking tool for these matters only.
- For certifications, please bring the original document and the copies needing certification.
- Appointments are possible on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am until 12pm.
When attending an appointment, it is imperative that you wear a face covering and observe the usual contact and hygiene rules.
From leaves of absence to exmatriculation, we are responsible for all administrative and organisational matters, and can advise you on the following topics:

Higher semester of study (from the second semester of study) on the degree programmes Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy

Higher semester of study (from the second semester of study) on degree programmes with restricted admissions: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science, Lehramt and master’s programmes
