Please take a moment to read the new arrangements set out in the University’s updated Hygiene and Infectious Disease Concept. We have summarised the most important aspects in emails sent to all students and staff.

Vaccination Services

Please note that the German version of this page may be more up to date!

  • Vaccination for anyone over 18 years of age with Biontech/Pfizer.
  • No registration is necessary, please just ask when you arrive.
  • Second vaccinations are also possible if the relevant intervals are observed (AstraZeneca: at least 9 weeks; Biontech: at least 3 weeks).
  • Please bring the following (filled in beforehand, if possible):
  • Jahnallee campus, Hörsaal Süd:
    First and second doses, 9 am until 2.30pm:
    • 28 July 2021 (slots available for first and second doses)
    • 6 August 2021
    • 7 August 2021 (slots available for first and second doses)

    International students can also get vaccinated without German health insurance. All you need is an ID document with your name, date of birth and address.
