Condensed & Soft Matter Physics
Summer Term 2010

This master module for both the German and the international physics studies program (IPSP) comprises 4 SWS lectures and 2 SWS exercises/seminars. The lectures will be held in English language. There will be lab courses in place of the regular lecture and seminar times. Please see the detailed schedule for this module.

There will not be homework exercises to hand in. However, every student has to give a talk in the seminar.

ATTENTION: The written exam will take place on July 9th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in ThHS.

Seminars

In the seminars, every student has to give a talk. Please, see the list of seminar topics for speakers and dates. There, you can also download the talks in form of PDF files.


Lab Course

Use the links above in order to download the tutorials for the experiments in form of PDF files. The participating students have to prepare for the experiments using these tutorials.

All students were divided into three groups that are doing the experiments at different times.

  • Group 1: Mondays, 09:00 a.m.
  • Group 2: Mondays, 11:00 a.m.
  • Group 3: Thursdays, 09:00 a.m.
