You’re close to finishing your master’s degree. Congratulations! You’re about to embark on what may be the most exciting intellectual journey of your academic career to date. But how do you begin writing your thesis? That’s where we can help. In this workshop, we will discuss strategies for finding a topic in the social sciences, identifying sources, reading effectively, creating a plan, and organizing your time so that you don’t find yourself scrambling to finish in the week before your thesis is due. Bring your own research ideas, questions, and writing along so that you can put some of the topics here into practice in your own work. This workshop is for students of all disciplines.
