On May 23rd 2023, Anja Schulz was awarded a doctoral title for her work on the thesis "In vivo optogenetics study of the role of striatal parvalbumin-reactive interneurons in the pathophysiology of distonia". Dr. Schulz is staying in the research group Richter at the Institute of Pharmacology, Pharmacy and Toxicology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. She will work in the field of microdialysis and optodialysis - a combination of optogenetics and microdialysis. We wish Dr. Schulz all the best for her future career!
