Achieve your goals with self-care: Your time-out for more concentration
Our everyday lives are hectic and the boundaries between our private and professional lives are often blurred. Self-care is crucial here. In our workshop, we offer space for reflection to find individual solutions for a healthy everyday life as a manager.
Our everyday lives can be very stressful: one deadline follows the next and we rush from one task to the next. The boundaries between our private and professional lives are often blurred and the expectations we place on ourselves - and that others place on us - are high. To meet these challenges in a self-determined way, it is important to take care of yourself. Sometimes it makes sense to take a step back, re-centre yourself and then move forward with renewed focus.
In this workshop, we offer a space to pause and explore questions such as: What works well and what doesn't? What goals am I focusing on and are they aligned with my priorities? What steps can I take to achieve the goals I have set? How can I manage expectations and demands in a healthy mental way? What are my sources of strength and what can I do to recharge my batteries?
We support you in dealing with your individual issues in a structured and confidential atmosphere and introduce you to useful concepts, tools and exercises. The exchange with colleagues will provide you with feedback and new ideas for organising your day-to-day work.
