Abstract

Dr. Stephan Klingner is project manager in the R&D department of the University Computer Centre at the University of Leipzig. He is also a research associate at the Institute for Applied Computer Science (InfAI). He leads various scientific projects in the area of business information systems and service engineering, covering various service-focused industries from agriculture to the music business. The results of his scientific work are published in more than 60 conference proceedings, journal papers and book chapters. Mr. Klingner holds a PhD, a diploma in computer science and a master in media and computing.
