MRI image management (XNAT)

XNAT is an open source platform for the management and quality assurance of image data, in particular MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) images. Thanks to its extensibility, XNAT can be used to support a wide range of imaging-based projects.

Authorisation of use

The service can be used by:

Researchers and doctoral candidates with a currently valid personal university login
Guests and external users
Cooperation partners of Leipzig University who are involved in the DFN or eduGAIN funding organisation
Scientific institutions in Leipzig, Saxony and the Central German regions with a cooperation agreement
