Are you planning to work in a (student) job or an internship in Germany? We want you to be aware of the most important basics in German work contracts.

This event will address the basic rights and obligations resulting out of a work contract in Germany.

Topics included are:

  • minimum wage, probationary periods, dismissal, annual leave, sick leave, social security insurance, collective agreements and trade unions

The workshop takes place in English. Ideally afterwards you will be able to estimate whether a work contract goes along with most of the German standards.
