From 14 December, people can get vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 inside the Paulinum – Assembly Hall and University Church of St. Paul on Augustusplatz. Together with Leipzig University Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine at Leipzig University has set up a vaccination centre to support the nationwide vaccination campaign.

The vaccination centre in the Paulinum, which is located on Augustusplatz in the city central, is open to all citizens. Booster vaccinations will be available, as will first and second jabs. The team will be using the BioNTech and Moderna vaccines.

  • Appointments are currently available from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.20pm and 1.30pm to 5.20pm.
  • Appointments can be booked online.
  • Please bring your yellow vaccination booklet, ID, and, if possible, pre-completed information, medical history and consent forms. The current versions can be downloaded from the Robert Koch Institute website or via links in the booking portal.
