Abstract

Passionate researcher on Entrepreneurship Support and PhD candidate at the Chair of Innovationmanagement. My interest and knowledge focus on motivations and values of entrepreneurs, as well as on Intrapreneurship and management of innovation. I got a B.A. in Languages and Business Administration for the francophone cultural area, and a M. Sc. in Management, focused on project- and process management. Before I started my position as a research associate in a project on automotive mobility and innovation transfer at the Chair, I worked and build my competencies in the research field at the Fraunhofer IMW in the unit Innovation Policy and Transfer Design. I also bring practical experience from an SME of the automotive industry in quality management. Giving lectures is also part of my diverse range of tasks. One of my biggest goals is to help create and create the best entrepreneurship support possible for the different kinds of entrepreneurs.
