Abstract

Manuel Rist is the Sustainability Manager at the University of Leipzig and the primary point of contact for questions regarding sustainable development at the university-wide level. In this role, he is committed to advancing the university’s sustainable development in the areas of governance, teaching and student affairs, research and knowledge transfer, as well as campus and operations. His work focuses on expanding the scope for action and creating appropriate structures and mechanisms that promote the university’s sustainable development in the long term.
